Festival

(A story about the effects of bad customs spread in the society)

Arfah’s tears were not stopping despite her efforts. Since the morning, as much as she was trying, her eyes became moist, unable to be happy, or maybe this was the occasion. Standing in the garden, looking at the flowers, suddenly. Her eyes fell on her empty wrists and she was lost in the recent past. It wasn’t long before those beautiful moments. Going to buy bangles with Baba on a moonlit night. She used to do it so that she could worship peacefully during the fasts and not have to go around the market, but I don’t know how, on the last Eid, Arfah’s bangles were left on which she had cried on the moon night.

Despite her mother's explanation that She was not ready to accept the match from the house and Baba's lady was worried. How could she bear it? So he came to give her bangles despite the darkness of the moon and night and the habit of not going out in a rush. Now she is in the river of memories. It was further said that she was shocked by someone's hand on her shoulder and returned to the world of reality. When she turned around, her mother was standing with one hand outstretched and bangles in the other hand to wear her. She knew that bangles were Afrah's weakness and she would not wear them on her first Eid without Baba, so she had brought her her own.

Eid is a festival of joy, the Lord of the worlds has ordered to be happy, so who are we to mourn on this day and turn away from the order. No, the lack of loved ones is felt a lot on festivals and the doors of memories are…
