Whenever something is written on the subject of sadness, a question comes up frequently.
“How to get out of this phase? Sadness has filled me to the core.”
•Know the cause of sadness, solve it, and then learn to be happy.
Get all the dust out of your mind by writing or speaking. Take a few days, of course. Pour out all the stories from beginning to end. Once all this comes out of your mind, delete, tear, recycle, make a ship and blow it up, make a boat and throw it away. Whatever you do, but don’t revisit it so that the same things don’t bother you again.
•Is it sad that expectations from people are not met?
Why are there so many expectations? Do as much as you can comfortably do with someone. And whatever you do, do it only for the sake of Allah’s pleasure. A person is neither capable of giving reward nor should he expect it. Expectations are like needs. The more you increase, the more they increase. And when expectations are high, a person moves away from the feeling of gratitude. If they are not fulfilled, then they get angry, even then they feel that I had the right, what a miracle so-and-so did. You should maintain a completely realistic attitude. Don’t wait, yes, if someone does something good, then be grateful.
